The furnace utilizes clean LPG or natural gas with a calorific value of 8400–8600×4.18 kJ/m³ and operates under micro-positive pressure for stable and efficient heating. Key innovations include a patented flue-gas waste-heat recovery system that preheats combustion air to 50–150°C, saving approximately 2–3 cubic meters of gas per ton of processed workpieces. An optional sludge-drying unit further reduces waste volume by up to 70%, lowering disposal costs and enhancing environmental performance.

The galvanizing line integrates a high-speed pulse combustion system with four TJ075 burners, dual gas supply controls for redundancy, and UV flame detection for safety.
